Skills and Competencies

As a Customer Success intern, it is vital that you possess:

· Proficiency in English communication, French communication is preferred.

· A drive to assist others in achieving their goals.

· Enjoy resolving analytical and technical challenges.

· Comfortability in utilizing data for deriving insights.

· Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, including presentation abilities

· The capacity to generate documentation and suggest process improvements.

Education

Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

The internship within the Customer Success team focuses on leveraging data to enhance customer

service, by identifying key areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Here's a simplified

breakdown of the key responsibilities:

1. Enhance Client Health Score: Improve the existing system by adding and integrating new

metrics, testing their effectiveness, and implementing them into the existing system.

2. Develop Dashboard: Create a user-friendly dashboard to visualize solution usage and adoption. 3. Automate and Clean Data: Streamline dashboard updates and ensure data quality and accuracy. 4. Develop Regression Testing Tool: Design and implement a tool to efficiently identify issues in software updates. 5. Explore Generative AI: Research and propose applications of Generative AI to enhance customer experience. This internship combines data analysis, software development, product innovation, and cutting-edge AI exploration to improve customer success and service delivery.
