We are seeking a strategic and people-centric AI Solutions Enablement Lead to drive the successful rollout and adoption of AI-powered automation across our organization. Internally titled Project Manager, this role serves as a critical bridge between our AI Automation team, business stakeholders, and Risk partners-removing barriers, identifying opportunities and delivering measurable business value through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between the AI Automation team, business units, and Risk to ensure alignment, transparency and shared understanding.
- Serve as the primary liaison for AI automation adoption-addressing inquiries, resolving challenges and sharing insights across the organization.
- Develop and deliver tailored communications that clearly articulate the value and impact of AI initiatives to diverse audiences, from senior leadership to front-line users.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to gather input, build enthusiasm, and drive adoption.
- Monitor usage metrics and success indicators, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance adoption.
- Curate and maintain internal knowledge hubs (e.g., SharePoint, wikis, communication channels) to promote best practices and foster a vibrant AI community.
- Partner closely with Risk to ensure all automation solutions adhere to governance and regulatory standards.
- Support teams through transformation, addressing resistance and championing the benefits of AI-driven automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, change management, digital transformation, consulting, product enablement, or a similar business-facing role.
- Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and organizational change within complex environments.
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies; experience in AI-related initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of risk management and compliance considerations in technology projects preferred.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training programs or stakeholder engagement sessions.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,300.00 - $236,800.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
