As an Integration Specialist in the KYC Solution Delivery team, you will be participating in various implementation projects by providing expert assistance to our clients for the configuration, implementation, and integration of our KYC products, with a focus on API integrations.

You should possess both functional and technical capabilities, together with client-facing skills. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge KYC solutions and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:

  • Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product specialists, and clients to gather business requirements, and document and implement solutions that meet client’s needs. Assist in the installation and upgrading of our software for clients
  • Configure or help configure our software to match the clients' integration and business requirements
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to provide expert guidance clients on our API, its capabilities, and best practises for integrating client systems with our products
  • Assist clients with integration issues and provide expert support to resolve technical problems, leveraging your knowledge of our API and industry best practices
  • Participate in testing activities (integration, UAT)
  • Provide technical training / guidance to client administrators
  • Utilize our internal tracking tools (issues, timesheet, projects, product requests etc)
  • Actively participate in enhancing our knowledge database by developing and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, API documentation, troubleshooting resources, and "how-to" guides.
  • Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback and insights on API enhancements, ensuring our solution meets evolving client needs and market demands.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our KYC solution and integration guidance remain current and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. bachelor’s degree) required in engineering, computer science, science, or equivalent IT-related degree program
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform.
  • Previous experience working with APIs, familiar with SOAP and REST
  • Coding experience and knowledge of coding methodologies
  • Knowledge of SaaS applications and cloud services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Client-facing experience, especially on technical topics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for clients.

Nice to have:

  • Functional understanding of KYC / KYS within financially regulated industries (e.g. banking, insurance)
  • Relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption) and Exposed Person risk management
  • Database / SQL knowledge
  • Other languages, especially Spanish or Italian

Annual base salary gross: 24,700.00 to 39,500.00. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
