Skills and Competencies

• Advanced experience in Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
• 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com with a solid understanding of the Sales and Service Cloud object model.
• Basic level of SQL or SOQL understanding (advanced preferred).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• A data-driven mindset and strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to influence, drive decisions, and lead discussions utilizing data.
• (preferred, not required) Experience building dashboards and reporting in model BI tooling. Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• (preferred, not required) Experience with Alteryx, similar toolset, or demonstrated ability to perform ad hoc analysis on large dataset.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Technical discipline preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce.com reporting and dashboarding to create and maintain an environment where users are easily able to find the accurate information.

• Establish, maintain, and expand library of standing reports and report-types for common use-cases enabling users to self-service. Maintain governance of these to avoid duplication.
• Develop new and maintain existing Salesforce.com reports, report-types, and dashboards to support business initiatives as needed.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed.
• Recommending changes to core Salesforce.com platform and data remediation/cleansing to enhance data-points available and achieve better reporting capabilities.
• Monitor Salesforce reporting usage and patterns.
• Leveraging predictive and generative AI to develop more insights and improve delivery velocity.
• Learn new/relevant tools, features, & technologies.

Our Business Systems team is responsible for providing an effective Quote to Cash process. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in Salesforce Reporting to enable insights into the business for our internal customers.
