JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title - Assistant Director Data Analyst
Entity - Moody's Analytics (MA)
Line of Business/Department - COR Business Systems
Location : Gurgaon
Full Time / Part Time: Full Time
Reporting to : Susmit Dey
Skills and Competencies
- Overall experience of 5 or above years
- Mandatory knowledge, understanding and writing of complex SQL queries
- Mandatory manage different business requests and stakeholders
- Mandatory of Data Warehousing concepts, Data modelling, Governance and General Data Integrity Rules
- Open for rotational shifts, Supporting US customers
- Good to have Managed team/people in their past roles.
- Working experience of approx. 2 years data wrangling, quality and analysis
- Good to have knowledge of MS Access, JIRA, Salesforce SQL
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving/analytical skills
Education
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA Computer Science
Responsibilities
Lead the data operations team, manage SQL/PL-SQL tasks, ensure data integrity, coordinate with teams, and create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel. Automate tasks using machine learning.
- Excellent SQL understanding and writing skills. PL-SQL is good to have.
- Lead the data operations team
- Good to have Salesforce experience.
- Good to have Databricks, Cloud solutions experience.
- Responsible for end-user and senior management communications.
- Periodic execution of Data Integrity (DI) queries and Status updates
- Run Data Scrubs and Build simple DI queries
- Coordinates with L2/downstream teams on Data fixes etc.
- Adding new records (accounts/contacts/leads/tasks) and verifying them
- Enrichment of existing records, remove duplicates
- Create and manage weekly/monthly reports & dashboards in Excel/SFDC
- Coordinate creation of knowledgebase articles related to Salesforce products (Reporting/Data Management/Data Integrity)
- Coordinating with DEV team for issues with Salesforce application
- Must be able to work both as independently and within a team
