Description de l'emploi

Niveau d'expérience: Experienced Hire

  • Product Development

  • Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, 2nd Floor, London, EC3R 7AG, GB

At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We do this by striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are-with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways.

If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Passfort’s User workflow team, part of Moody’s Analytics fast growing KYC Unit.

Passfort gives regulated businesses the tools they need to automate and digitalise the onboarding, verification and management of their customers - that means customers can be onboarded in real-time, without ever having met in person. Our clients save time and money, reduce complexity and improve customer satisfaction.

Moody’s Analytics’ unparalleled expertise in risk, data and analytics means the platform is positioned now to serve an even broader range of risk assessment markets (eg. Credit, Cyber, Climate), and empower customers to make better, faster, decisions. We’re on an incredible growth trajectory, and you can have an impact!

How you’ll make a difference

This is a fantastic opportunity to join and lead projects within the User workflows product group who’s mission is to build a market leading compliance and onboarding user experience for our customers.

We’re focused on helping our customers and users make informed decisions as efficiently as possible. This means we’re working on solutions to help them identify their important work, take action and understand the outcomes.

Working closely with the User workflows Product lead, you will drive discovery of the types of problems our customers are facing and how these might translate into product opportunities for our cross-functional squad.

  • You’ll work with customers and prospects to understand their needs and pain points
  • You’ll identify and validate opportunities that fit with the platform’s overall vision and strategy
  • You’ll own the short term vision and strategy for your projects
  • You’ll partner closely with UX and engineering to iterate on usable and feasible solutions

You’ll be responsible for taking the opportunities you’ve identified and translating them from idea to implementation

  • You’ll help shape and deliver a prioritised roadmap for your team.
  • You’ll communicate the strategy behind your roadmap to customers and internal teams.
  • You’ll continuously communicate across teams to understand progress, re-evaluate priorities, unblock issues, and ensure the team is set up to deliver quickly and efficiently (and happily!)
  • You will be an important bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll drive collaborative cross-functional conversations, adept at communicating the ‘why’ to more technical stakeholders and getting their buy in.
  • You’ll be the go-to expert and ambassador for the platform with customers and internal teams

This is an exciting opportunity to have a huge impact on our strategy and long term success! As our Product function grows, there will also be fantastic development opportunities.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who keeps the customer at the centre of everything
  • A strong critical thinker who enjoys solving problems
  • A fantastic communicator across technical/non-technical, internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills driving cross-functional delivery
  • Data-driven in decision making and measuring outcomes
  • Someone who takes ownership and delivers with pride
  • We believe collaboratively sharing knowledge and ideas allows us to come to the best solution - but this does mean you’ll need to be able to challenge respectfully if needed

Ideal experience

  • B2B or SaaS product management experience
  • Experience in working with UX designers and delivering excellent user experience
  • Experience in leading projects from discovery to delivery
  • Experience evaluating trade-offs and handling ambiguity
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders

It’s not a deal-breaker, but we would love it if you had

  • Experience in building webforms, email best practice, styling tools/WYSIWYG editors, website customisation and/or, data validation
  • Experience in data visualisation and reporting
  • Working on a frontend focused product
