Title: Asst Dir-Product Manager

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007

Duties: Engage with existing and potential clients to analyze business challenges and test financial product solutions. Monitor client’s usage of product and assist to identify at risk clients. Work with engineering and quality assurance teams to define detailed use cases and stories and with UI/UX design to create prototype. Present product solutions design and plan to client executives and senior managers, support sales, and customer success managers to articulate product roadmap and strategy and explain product details to clients. Coordinate with client support teams and operations teams to ensure a successful standard product release to market and facilitate client product on-boarding process. Collaborate with service and support teams to deliver customized solutions and obtain client satisfactions. Collaborate with teams across function to define product roadmap and goto- market strategy. Work with data teams to define data mappings into data collection and extraction tools. Domestic and international travel required approximately 20% of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field plus at least two (2) years of experience as an Analyst, Associate, Consultant, or in a related position performing product management and/or financial quantitative analysis. Must have experience with the following: performing financial data analysis to identify opportunities and measure critical KPI’s and metrics; gathering, synthetizing, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications; applying knowledge of business analytics, digital transformation, and agile methodology; managing projects for financial data insights or infrastructure; designing and building analytical features and tools; and monitoring Product trends and user behavior to identify market opportunities and improve product features or data operation pipeline.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $152,859 - $172,250/yr depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
