Moody's Collaboration Engineering (CE) team has an exciting opening for a Systems Engineer with a focus on AV and Video Conference design. The CE Team is responsible for the following areas:
* Unified Communications and Collaboration environments such as MS Teams, Zoom, Zoom Phone, Trello, Miro and other UC platforms etc
* Mobility for Unified Communications as a Service
* Design and standardization of video conferencing rooms and solutions
* Development and enhancement of all products and services within the CE team

Responsibilities:
* Owning and driving all technical solutions related to the afore mentioned areas
* Contribute to the planning, assessments, and implementation of key digital projects within the collaboration platforms workplace
* Be a point of escalation for operations and other engineering team members
* Perform peer review of the work generated by other collaboration engineering team members
* Collaborate with Information security to implement security architectures that protects data beyond the confine of the companies networks/boundaries
* Produce re-occurring environment analytics and usage presentations
* Strong organizational skills
* Have the ability to "lead by example"
* Manage and work to resolve escalated incidents
* Reduce and remove technical debt of all legacy environments (as needed)
* Regularly interact with vendors and understand product roadmaps. Prepare Moody’s for product changes through detailed planning and analysis processes.
* Regularly meet with internal partners and gather feedback / implement voice of customer updates to our tools

Qualifications :
* Minimum 5+ years in an engineering role
* Ability to manage end to end design of complex AV and video conference room solutions.
* Ability to edit and modify CAD a Plus
* Experience in deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms
* Implementation and back-end configuration for conference room and A/V technology
* Understanding of SIP, VoIP, MPLS, AVoIP, and other similar network technology protocols
* Ability to perform onsite commissioning and testing of new AV solutions.
* Required to have experience with collaborations platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms.
* AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I a plus
* Security Knowledge - Employing good security practices at all stages of the project life cycle. Server, application, network hardening and lock down to industry standards.
* MS Teams Admin certification a plus
* Prior experience in financial services is a plus
* Prior experience working with mergers and acquisitions pertaining to UCC solutions
* Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and work with the engineers on other teams to assist with a fix and test/verify fix versions
* Experience using ITSM tools
* Ability to write technical specifications for project
* Showcasing the attitude of continuous improvement within UCC services.

Workweek & Hours:
* Full Time, Monday-Friday.
* Must be flexible to work additional hours including weekends as required to meet project deadlines.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $97,300 - $141,100, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
