Skills and competencies

Highest Ethical Standards.

Strong command of English language and proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Education:

University student in business, law or other finance related discipline.

Candidate graduating in Dec 2025/ May/June 2026 are preferred

Overview of role/responsibilities for the intern

Support Singapore Compliance team in responding to general day-to-day Compliance requests
Contribute to various Compliance projects and initiatives (regulatory compliance in nature)
Assist compliance officers with the production of management and regular reporting as needed
Support compliance officers in planning compliance training calendar and preparation of compliance trainings
Supporting compliance efforts outside of jurisdiction and region as may be directed
Performing other duties as may be instructed by management
This is a 10 weeks internship starting June 2025

About the team:

Moody's compliance function operates globally to provide compliance advisory and challenge to the business. This includes implementing policies/ procedures, providing advisory, training, and surveillance to its business lines. This role will be directly reporting to and working closely with the Head of Compliance in Singapore, and will be primarily responsible for providing support for execution of Compliance responsibilities for the region - ASEAN and Indian sub-continent.
