The Role / Responsibilities:

Moody's compliance function operates globally to provide compliance advisory and training to its business lines. This role will be working closely with Hong Kong Compliance team, and responsible for providing support for execution of Compliance responsibilities for the Hong Kong hub. The candidate will operate within a diverse and inclusive culture.

Example of duties includes (but not limited to):

* Summarising regulatory publications and circulars
* Preparing governance meeting deck
* Preparing compliance training deck
* Providing support in compliance projects including performing gap analysis, coordinating and tracking response from various stakeholders
* Assisting in document management
* Performing tasks / projects assigned by Hong Kong Compliance team members

Education

Penultimate year of Bachelor degree or higher in any of business, accounting, law or technology discipline

Candidates graduating in December 2025 or May/June/July 2026 preferred

Skills and competencies

* Previous experience in financial institution, Compliance department experience is preferrable
* Highest Ethical Standards
* Professional demeanor, pro-active, flexible, diligent, and dependable
* Enthusiasm and ability to learn
* Highly organized and efficient, with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Oral and written proficiencies in Putonghua or Cantonese preferred, in addition to strong command of English
* Steady, Calm and positive under pressure
