Data Specialist Intern

The Data Solutions Team processes and updates our bespoke software with advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions. The team also creates and amends Advisor records based on research and feedback from regional teams.

The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:

• Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that have worked on M&A transactions.
• Amending and updating company record information.
• Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
• Processing daily or weekly projects by following team’s research processes.
• Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English
• Must have good organisational, time-keeping and attention to detail skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel highly desirable
• You must be available to work in a hybrid role in Manchester 16^th June - 22^nd August (This is flexible if it clashes with exam dates)
