Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in developing and executing partnership strategies within the insurance sector.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, onboard, and grow partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for legal and financial agreements.
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders for successful business integration.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of market insights and trends in the insurance market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global insurance partnership strategies across our portfolio of most important insurance partners, including strategic and implementation partners .
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, manage, and grow strong relationships with our insurance segment partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Formulate the Ideal Partner Profile and define partner selection criteria that aligns with the Insurance segment business objectives.
  • Assess the total addressable market of the partnership and define the joint value proposition to establish a list of priority partners.
  • Coordinate stakeholders for the successful execution of partnership opportunities
  • Support the effective management or partners with a clear governance process, executive quarterly business reviews, monthly status meetings, and other governance activities as required.
  • Support the negotiation of legal and financial agreements to underpin the partner models which are prioritized as part of the global strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product management, and customer success for partnership execution and to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on agreed key performance indicators.
  • Leverage partner relationships to gain market insight and trends in the insurance market and inform internal stakeholders.

About the team

Our Insurance Partnership team is responsible for setting the partnership strategy in alignment with the segments’ global business objectives. The team focuses on building, supporting, and going to market with professional services firms and with strategic data, analytics, and technology alliance partners. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market insights in the insurance sector.
