Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience in HR or Global Mobility field.
- Preferable knowledge of immigration and global mobility programs and visa/work permit filings; knowledge of international assignment taxation and year-end tax reconciliations is a plus.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and always changing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experienced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
The Global Mobility team manages domestic and international relocation and assignment programs across Moody’s locations in the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, employee needs, and corporate compliance. We design and oversee relocation packages, cost projections, and assignment allowances, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate visas, relocations, and tax compliance. As part of our commitment to excellence, we continuously refine Global Mobility policies and processes to adapt to evolving business priorities and global trends, ensuring seamless mobility experiences for employees and effective solutions for the organization.
Our responsibilities include:
- advising business leaders on relocation and assignment requirements,
- drafting documentation, coordinating payroll and tax processes,
- auditing vendor invoices, and ensuring adherence to global legal and regulatory standards.
- providing personalized support to employees,
- monitor program metrics, and proactively address challenges.
About the team
The Global Mobility team manages Moody’s employee assignments, immigration, and relocations across the EMEA and APAC regions. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for assignees, the Moody’s People team, and business leaders, ensuring smooth and compliant relocation and immigration processes. Join our dynamic, collaborative team with members based in Lithuania, Costa Rica, and India, and help drive truly global mobility solutions.
Annual base salary gross: 32,500 EUR to 42,200 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
