Team/Department Description :

In the Moody’s Banking Solutions group, we help lending institutions/banks make important decisions about their business, particularly when they are providing loans, managing risk, or conducting financial planning for the future of their institution. We do this with our innovative software, extensive data and reliable analytics, helping them understand how to do their job better, creating resilience and boosting their competitive advantage. We are a dedicated team of experts in technology and financial analytics who understand what our clients need.

Qualifications :

  • This Graduate opportunity is open to 2024 and 2025 graduates at the Bachelors and Masters levels available to start the program in September 2025
  • Desired areas of study include, but are not limited, to Marketing or Communications
  • Curiosity about financial services or banking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Independent and creative problem solver who can bring new insights and perspectives to existing products
  • Results-oriented and customer focused attitude
  • Experience or passion for digital marketing, graphic design or business content creation are a plus
  • A strong academic record

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners in Sales and Marketing to support our solution marketing strategy
  • Help build prospect and employee-facing content needed to deliver marketing plans, including research articles, white papers, presentation decks and digital marketing campaigns
  • Learn to work with multiple global teams, including central marketing, and local events teams to complete the marketing strategy and plan, ensuring it represents full solutions and ‘One Moody’s’
  • Support the tracking of the Marketing, Public Relations and Events budget and resources needed to implement the strategy
  • Report on campaign, quarterly and yearly results to demonstrate how the team is contributing to regional objectives

The Moody's Analytics Graduate Program will provide the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into a broad range of financial institutions, working within our Banking Operating Unit (OU), passionate about delivering high quality products and services across our client base. With a combination of formal and on-the-job training, alongside ongoing mentoring, you will be expected to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

In this Graduate position, you will work as part of the Marketing team, which produces marketing campaigns, content and programs to promote all of our Banging Segment capabilities to our customers and prospects. You will support the global marketing team overall as well as being responsible for supporting specific solutions, with revenue generating campaigns and mapping marketing content to the documented buying process.
