We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 /Amazon AWS/Google platform to lead strategic initiatives, design robust architecture, and drive digital transformation for our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Data Governance, Azure, Tenant Management, Licensing, Microsoft Defender, and Intune. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology strategies with business objectives while ensuring security, scalability, and optimal performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a senior-level architecture role focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Expertise solutioning Microsoft 365 services, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Expertise with Microsoft Defender, Intune, Email and endpoint management solutions.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and their integration into business processes, as well as AI-driven automation to drive digital transformation across enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and tenant management.
- Strong understanding data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience providing enterprise-wide architecture, spanning cloud, security, networking, and application integrations.
- Demonstrated experience providing both high-level architectural strategy and practical technical leadership.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Design & Strategy
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Lead the integration and optimization of tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Drive solutioning utilizing Power Platform to enhance collaboration and innovation. Incorporate Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, and Generative AI solutions into workflows to increase productivity and automate processes.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement secure data handling practices leveraging Azure Data Services and Microsoft Defender for risk mitigation.
Azure & Tenant Management
- Manage Azure tenant, focusing on hybrid cloud, multi-tenant setups, and scalable infrastructure. Guide migrations, consolidations, and license optimizations.
Power Platform Enablement
- Develop solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate for custom business applications and reports, while supporting citizen developers and ensuring governance and security compliance.
Licensing & Cost Optimization
- Assess licensing needs for optimal allocation, cost management, and compliance with Microsoft agreements while offering model recommendations, usage analytics, and renewal strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Advise business and IT leaders on connecting technical capabilities with business requirements, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and developers.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$141,200.00 - [[$204,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
