Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager at our Vilnius Office. You will play a vital role in supporting the Global Capability Center (GCC) local initiatives and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth functioning of our office. As a key liaison between the Vilnius office and Moody’s offices in the other locations, you will contribute to the coordination of events, onboarding processes, and compliance with local regulations. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with global teams will be essential in driving business success and maintaining a productive office environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment while making a meaningful impact on our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help plan and execute office visits from internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for handling and driving the logistics, planning and alignment with stakeholders and their respective PAs for these visits, including during event coordination.
  • Support efforts to drive a consistent employee experience by actively participating in the engagement committees and running the coordination of cross-entity events.
  • Support critical local regulatory documentation filing and handle local government audits as required.
  • Provide project management support to the GCC initiatives that have an office-wide impact.
  • Monitor centralized engagement and local strategic initiatives expenses to ensure compliance with budget requirements.
  • Support the Capability Center Country Head and other business entity leaders in implementing response actions to the feedback received from the Business Engagement Survey.
  • Maintain the relationship with vendors and procurement providing support to local initiatives.
  • Run onboarding programs to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all new joiners.
  • Lead Moody’s Lithuania intranet sites and provide support to global GCC initiatives where applicable. Responsible for updating information, collecting data, and coordinating with the Corporate Communication team to ensure seamless information flow to colleagues and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the implementation of the local internal communication framework by coordinating town halls and other operational forums.
  • Handle other office administrative tasks as the need arises.
  • Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and project as requested by the Capability Center Country Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Strong partnership and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project management certification or similar qualifications will be considered a plus.

Annual base salary gross: 41,100 EUR to 65,900 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
