Moody’s is seeking an experienced People Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our Global People Services and Solutions team. People Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting our data-driven decision making culture with advanced People analyses and actionable insights, thereby driving meaningful change at Moody’s. Responsibilities include:

  • Advise line and People management and help understand metrics within People Reports to ensure the business is fully aware of the data and is aware of trends and key drivers.
  • Assist in preparing external reporting (Finance, Compliance, lines of business, and government regulatory reports).
  • Interact with IT staff to resolve People issues as well as support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.
  • Creating and iterating on ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytic models to empower operational and exploratory analysis
  • Assisting with the creation/ownership of standard metric calculations
  • Shared responsibility for maintaining documentations related to team services and solutions
  • Driving automation initiatives to remove or improve manual processes

Competencies:

  • Expertise in data analysis/visualization tools and techniques
  • Ability to develop high-quality data products (catered to the audience) that tell stories and inspire action
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive People data
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Good documentation skills

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of relevant analytics experience focused on delivering data-driven insights
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
  • Proven experience working with semi-structured, multifactorial data to solve problems
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
  • University degree (Majoring in mathematics/ statistics/ computer science preferred)
  • Tech skills that would help you standout: experience with SuccessFactors, Python, Alteryx, MS Fabric, SAP BW

Annual base salary gross: 31,700 EUR to 50,700 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
