We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage the daily operations of a specific module within our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. As a key contributor to the HRIS team, you will ensure data integrity, compliance with policies, and optimal system functionality. You will play an active role in system configuration, enhancements, and user support while collaborating with stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational strategy. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in HCM platforms who are looking to grow their expertise in HR technology and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily System Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned HRIS module, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining data integrity.

- Lead the team in managing the tool’s functionality and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Support and ensure the completion of assigned processes and deliverables with minimal supervision.

2. System Configuration & Enhancements:

- Configure the system to align with business needs and organizational strategy.

- Review, test, and deploy new features and updates, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption to operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to make decisions about system configuration and enhancements.

3. Data Migration & System Testing:

- Support the transfer of data from legacy systems to the new HCM platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Conduct thorough testing of new system functionalities to ensure readiness for deployment.

4. Technical Support & User Training:

- Serve as the primary technical support for system users, resolving issues and answering queries.

- Troubleshoot technical problems, guide users through system features, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or system vendors.

- Communicate system updates and technical issues effectively to users and stakeholders.

5. Project Coordination:

- Manage smaller-scope projects under guidance, including coordinating tasks, managing resources, and overseeing project timelines to ensure successful completion.

- Bring innovative ideas and methods to assigned tasks and processes.

6. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.

- Design and test solutions that address business needs, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing maintenance.

7. Data Analysis:

- Utilize basic data analysis skills to extract insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.

- Consult with stakeholders/COEs to leverage data effectively in alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with HCM platforms and modules (Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM), with a foundational understanding of system architecture, functionality, and best practices.

- Level 1 Administrator Certification from an HCM provider for the relevant module, demonstrating validated expertise in managing and optimizing the system.

- Strong tactical consulting skills, with the ability to interact effectively with system users and communicate field-level changes.

- Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.

- Introductory knowledge of company products and services, with the ability to apply professional concepts and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience coordinating tasks and managing smaller-scope projects.

- Familiarity with HR processes and workflows.

- Ability to articulate system concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.

- Proactive approach to bringing innovative ideas and methods to assigned tasks and processes.
