  • 3-5 years of experience managing requirements and design-related activities for complex projects across multiple systems.
  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience with an end-to-end analysis scope, authoring thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation.
  • Experience in Agile development framework and JIRA preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Analyst in various Scrum agile development projects, collaborating closely with product teams to understand, refine, and document business requirements that align with the product vision and priorities.
  • Work with the Product Owner to elicit and validate requirements, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and keeping them informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate product vision into actionable, codable, and measurable components, stacking, refining, and driving the squad backlog to align with product priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and enable issue resolution/escalation for the squad, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria and incorporating user needs into stories & validating them within each sprint or capability launch.
  • Support product management and development teams, acting as an informed customer/user advocate and assisting in launch activities, including training content development.
  • Handle enhancements to existing systems and new development, supporting Sprint demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness including user acceptance testing, and training coordination.

Your expertise in Agile development and strong communication skills will significantly contribute to the continuous improvement and success of our product offerings, making a significant impact within our organization.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$97,300 - [[$141,100, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
