About Our AI Studio:

Our AI Studio is at the forefront of innovation, serving as our dedicated hub for prototyping cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. Here, we transform novel ideas into tangible prototypes, exploring the vast potential of GenAI to solve complex business challenges.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric Product Manager to lead the successful execution of client Proof of Concepts (POCs) within our AI Studio. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities, ensuring that our GenAI prototypes directly address real-world business problems and deliver exceptional value.

You will be instrumental in shaping the initial stages of our client engagements, translating their aspirations into actionable prototypes and laying the groundwork for future production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Actively engage with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes for GenAI-driven solutions.
  • POC Scoping & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to define clear scope, success metrics, and deliverables for each POC, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Data Identification & Curation: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to identify, assess, and secure the appropriate data sets required to support and validate client POCs.
  • Solution Prototyping & Development: Translate client requirements into actionable specifications for the AI Studio team, guiding the development of prototypes that effectively demonstrate the value of GenAI for specific use cases.
  • Capability Development: Identify emerging client needs and proactively drive the development of new tools, skills, and methodologies within the AI Studio to enhance our prototyping capabilities and address future use cases.
  • Cross-Functional Communication & Translation: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our engineering and data science teams, effectively translating technical complexities to clients and client needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Expectation Management: Proactively manage client expectations throughout the POC lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparency.
  • POC Management & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple client POCs concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Transition to Production: Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to define clear pathways for successful POCs to transition into production-ready deliverables.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Gather client feedback and insights to continuously refine our prototyping processes and improve the effectiveness of our GenAI solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • [3+] years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on client-facing roles and technical products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) or similar early-stage product initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI concepts and applications.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify key data requirements and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with specific GenAI frameworks, platforms, or tools.
  • Background in consulting or a client-facing technical role.
