As the Product Manager for Research Assistant Content Ingestion, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of content ingestion for our GenAI product. This encompasses defining and managing the content roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring semantic relevance in responses, and ensuring the timely and accurate onboarding of data that aligns with prioritized user needs and business objectives. Your focus will be on delivering the right content to enable effective user interactions and achieve key product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional product squad focused on the evolution of our content offering within our GenAI product

  • Lead the content ingestion strategy and execution for our GenAI product, ensuring the right content is onboarded to effectively address prioritized user needs and use cases.

  • Develop and own the end-to-end content ingestion roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization to meet key business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with technology, operations, design, and strategy teams to translate content requirements into actionable product milestones and ensure seamless integration.

  • Deeply understand business goals, user needs, and prioritized use cases to guide content onboarding and ensure the product delivers desired outcomes.

  • Work with the Quality Control team to ensure the content backlog is managed effectively and that relevancy guardrails are met with each iteration.

  • Facilitate the product squad's rituals and ceremonies, fostering alignment and communication across teams to manage interdependencies related to content ingestion.   • Establish strong and collaborative relationships with business partners to help identify new product opportunities

  • Work with technology to understand complexity of various solutions and participate in decision making to choose the right technology to solve customer problems

  • Gather appropriate stakeholder input to build, prune, and maintain the product backlog, consisting mostly of user stories, but also defects, refactors and infrastructure work, prioritized based on user value, time dependencies, risk reduction and effort

  • Identify opportunities to automate tasks, leverage technology and reduce failure points in the product

  • Identify and mitigate risk and ensure controls are in place throughout the product lifecycle

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $118,700.00 - $172,250.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
