Roles & Responsibility

  • Participate in various implementation projects by providing assistance to clients for the installation and configuration of software solutions for different regulatory and business requirements
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and/or gather requirements for new functionalities.
  • Conduct project requirements gathering, ability to conceptualize client needs and translate into specific implementation strategies
  • Responsible for Solution Design based on business requirements using Moody’s Analytics Enterprise Risk Solutions software
  • Responsible for producing functional design document and configuration document
  • Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of Moody’s Analytics Risk solutions
  • Install/upgrade or help with the installing and upgrading of software.
  • Assist clients with building interfaces to our data-warehouse (data mapping).
  • Configure our software to match the clients' needs.
  • Participate in the testing activities.
  • Provide user and technical training to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, deliveries, resources and issues/risks.
  • Evaluate customization and extensions of Moody’s Analytics Enterprise Risk Solution software
  • Co-ordinate and conduct system (SIT) & UAT testing with Business Analysts and end users
  • Responsible for Go-Live activities (Go-Live)
  • Liaise with Product Managers when necessary (product enhancement requests, defects, etc).
  • Track project hours and client issues into tracking system.


Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. bachelor’s degree) required, preferably in finance or banking/computer technology; graduate/second-level degree (e.g. Master's/MBA) degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ relevant professional experience in a vendor, system integrator, consultancy, financial institution or banking environment
  • Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and strong hands-on technical skills.
  • Proven track record in financial software implementations gained. with either, banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators.
  • Requires a significant amount of travel to client sites.
  • IT Savvy with prior full SDLC implementation experience in at least one of the following fields: loan origination, banking, risk management (Basel III capital, credit and liquidity risk), ALM, regulatory reporting, accounting and finance related systems
  • Strong functional and business skills in Finance (banking and/or Trading book)
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
