Skills and Competencies
* Great communication skills, particularly written communication; fluency in English and at least one other European language such as Italian, Spanish, French or German is required. Any other language may be advantageous.
* Ability to manage time under tight deadlines.
* Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and able to produce good quality promotional material (presentations, pre-meeting fact sheets etc.).
* Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
* Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team.

* Bachelor degree or Master degree student
Responsibilities
* Be part of a team that provides crucial sales support to Relationship Managers to ensure premium delivery of customer service.
* Prepare materials for existing customers / prospect meetings and support follow-up items.
* Provide information gathering, research support to the RMs and Account Managers, for example collection of data and documents for Request for Proposals/Tender responses. Maintenance of commercial records and pipeline data.
* Monitor news when applicable as well as review publications which can provide insights on cross-selling or new business.
* Be responsible for providing event/conference support, pre-conference/ pre-meeting preparation and customer follow-up support post conference/meeting.
* Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns.
* Complete sales process admin in Salesforce.
* Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Billing/Collections team.
* May support other Commercial group teams as directed.
About the team
The Moody’s Ratings Commercial team is looking for an intern for an industrial placement of 12 months, which will start in July 2025, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Service focused individual responsible for providing sales support for the Relationship Management and RM Associate teams in EMEA. The RM Associate function works closely with experienced sales professionals supporting their activity to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned territories, regions and/or lines of business.
Salary for this position is 1,000-1,500 EUR gross monthly. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
