Position Overview

The Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team. This multifaceted position is designed for a highly motivated individual seeking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, client relations, and strategic sales initiatives. The intern will assist in streamlining communication processes, support customer relationships, analyzing data for sales forecasting, coordinating logistics for business travel, and contributing to the execution of sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication and CRM Management:
    1. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
    2. Update forecast and manage client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, assisting in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information.
    3. Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  2. Sales Forecasting and Campaign Oversight:
    1. Support the sales team in analyzing market trends and sales data to forecast future sales performance.
    2. Contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns, monitoring progress and effectiveness.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  3. Business meeting Logistics:
    1. Coordinate the logistics of business meetings, including scheduling.
    2. Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared and available for successful business engagements.
  4. Other Related Tasks:
    1. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve business processes and sales performance.
    2. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned, providing support across various aspects of the business operations.
  5. You must be available to work 35 hours per week in London from 16th June - 22nd August 2025.
