The Role / Responsibilities
* Provide a wide range of support functions to the Methodology Development Group in maintaining methodology and assessment framework documents.
* Develop and maintain trackers and assemble/report publication statistics
* Conduct pre- and post publication reviews of documents to ensure adherence to style guidelines and quality
* Create and manage document files in content management system
* Help develop project plans and ensure timely completion
* Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues as necessary
* Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
* Mentor team members

* Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics or related field
* 3-5 years in supporting publication of financial research such as content/data management and quality control
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and administrative management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail in working with and reviewing written content
* Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to understand and quickly adapt to new processes and changing needs
* Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint helpful but not required; familiarity with publishing content management systems is a plus
* A positive, outgoing attitude with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both local and global stakeholders
