Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated interest for ESG, climate topics and capital markets.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to manage time under tight deadlines.
  • Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and able to produce good quality promotional material.
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team.
  • Team player.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field.
  • Available to participate in our Summer Internship Program from June 16 - August 22, 2025

Responsibilities

  • The Sustainable Finance Relationship Management team is responsible for Sustainable Finance product sales including Second Party Opinion (SPO) and Net Zero Assessment (NZA).
  • The intern will be working closely with the Sustainable Finance commercial team to provide support in the sales process.
  • The intern will report into the VP-Sustainable Finance Relationship Manager for EMEA and will work closely with other stakeholders, including Commercial Engagement Team, Sustainable Finance Relationship Management team and the broader Commercial team in EMEA.

About the team

Sustainable Finance Relationship Management team is responsible for Sustainable Finance product sales including Second Party Opinion (SPO) and Net Zero Assessment (NZA). The global team of Sustainable finance specialist are part of a wider Moody’s Ratings commercial team.

The team is looking for a summer intern to join for our 10 week program beginning in June 2025. The internship provides an outstanding opportunity to develop skills that are valuable for any future career in the financial services industry.

Salary for this position is 1,000 EUR monthly. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
