Skills and Competencies
* Recruitment Experience: Over 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience (mix of agency & in-house) with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent.
* Consultative Skills: Proficient in advising hiring managers on the hiring process, from sourcing strategy and job descriptions to candidate screening, interview preparation, and offers.
* Relationship Building: Skilled in building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth interactions and fostering mutual understanding.
* Process Excellence: Committed to adhering to recruitment processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple recruitment tasks, prioritizing effectively, and implementing innovative recruitment methods to improve hiring results.
* Technical Proficiency: Experienced in using recruitment technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and LinkedIn for data-driven hiring decisions.
Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent evidenced relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
The Talent Attraction Specialist will provide full lifecycle recruitment with a skills and data focused approach to identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent, primarily for moderately complex roles (both tech and non-tech) within Shared Services. The TA Specialist will also have the opportunity to support career fairs and branding events. Additionally, they may participate in projects aimed at improving processes, implementing new strategies, and enhancing tools.
* Executes hiring processes in accordance with global Talent Acquisition practices and guidelines, guiding hiring managers through each step.
* Adheres to recruitment metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), such as time to interview, time to fill and time to offer.
* Manages stakeholder relationships by keeping hiring managers and stakeholders informed about hiring processes and regularly presenting data in meetings to influence hiring decisions.
* Leverage diverse tools and resources to assess talent through various methods, ensuring that the hiring team selects skilled and motivated individuals who will thrive in our environment.
* Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing avenues to build in demand talent pipelines to meet hiring requirements.
* Partner closely with People Partners, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to identify talent needs and job requirements to ensure high-level service delivery.
