Skills and Competencies
· Ideally working towards a Master’s degree in UX design, Graphic/Visual design, Data visualization.
· You are open-minded, curious, and enjoy working on complex design challenges. By understanding user needs, you are able to design human centred, intuitive user interfaces.
· You are familiar with UX design methodologies. You are proficient with at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Sketch, Axure etc.)
· Fluency in English.
· A portfolio of your work.
· Nice to have: Familiarity of using design systems to create design specifications and prototypes.
· Nice to have: Front-end development experience.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Data Visualization or Computer Science
Responsibilities
We design innovative, engaging and empowering SaaS solutions for financial analysis, enabling our clients to understand, analyse, and report on their business.
· Collaborate with stakeholders form Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive solutions that enhance the experience of our end-users.
· Conduct exploration activities to understand who the business users are (interviews, observations, surveys, focus groups, ...), their difficulties, their needs.
· Synthesize the research to design a solution adapted to user needs and technological constraints.
· Prototype, and test the proposed solutions with users.
· Leverage our design system to create consistent, high quality and accessible user interfaces.
· Collaborate in the creation of components and methodology that can be used by all Banking product teams
