Role/Responsibilities:
This is an important leadership position within the Digital Workplace Services organization overseeing Moody’s foundational Email and eDiscovery platforms. This role will play a key role in the successful integration of acquired firms and will implement capabilities and processes that enable effective and compliance communication across the firm. The candidate is expected to maintain awareness of the external industry and technology landscape to inform our internal product roadmaps while developing talent to become a more proactive, high-performing organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of the Messaging Services team with a continuous focus on best-in-class user experience, service, and delivery.
* Define, implement, manage, and continuously improve digital workplace technologies.
* Management of a geographically diverse team to ensure operational excellence in areas including ITIL functions, lifecycle management, and vulnerability management.
* Provide leadership that focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining high caliber talent.
* Manage and govern associated vendors and service providers.
* Establish digital workplace technology roadmaps, engineering standards, and operating standards either directly or in collaboration with peers.
* Identify, monitor, publish, and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to digital workplace technology.
* Advocate for secure and compliant messaging practices and procedures.
* Ensure documentation and training is in place for operations teams.
* Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies.
* Work closely with operations, governance, and enablement partners to drive coordination and collaboration across the organization.
* Collaborate closely with security, identity, and networking leaders to ensure a secure seamless delivery of digital workplace technologies.
* Foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes belonging and wellbeing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or other relevant area of study.
* Strong understanding and experience on Microsoft Core Infrastructure, Windows security, Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Global Relay, and device management platforms.
* Broad experience in managing digital workplace technologies for large, complex organizations.
* Proven experience in managing and understanding complex issues and their interrelationships by having strong creative thinking capabilities to create new solutions and concepts.
* Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and other senior leaders within the firm.
* Proven experience in leading and building diverse teams to solve complex business problems
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong communication; verbal, written and collaboration skills.
* Industry Certification in relevant area is a plus.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT industry in relevant area.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $168,100- $243,700, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
